The Chemical Engineering Department of the Faculty of Engineering is Organizing an International Workshop

The Chemical Engineering department of the Faculty of Engineering will hold an international workshop on Chemical Process Simulation Software: The
Advantages and Challenges (IWCPS). The workshop will be on 22th April 2019 at 9:00 AM in the Faculty of Engineering - Workshop Hall.

About Workshop
The international workshop on Chemical Process Simulation Software (IWCPS) workshop that will be held at Faculty of Engineering - Koya University is designed to provide information on chemical and petrochemical simulation software and its related features in the process design and monitoring. The process simulation is used to design, development, analysis, and optimization the chemical plants, chemical processes, environmental systems, power stations, biological processes and oil and gas processing processes. Thus, IWCPS workshop is aimed to show and discuss the advantages, disadvantages and challenges that facing the process simulation software that are currently used by chemical and petrochemical engineers in the world.

Professor R. Sotudeh-Gharebaagh, P.Eng, Ph.D, Vice President for Research and Technology, University of Tehran, Tehran, Iran.

Mr. Ribwar Kermanj Abdulrahman, Msc. Natural Gas Processing Engineering, United Kingdom, Head of Chemical Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Koya University, Kurdistan Region, Iraq.
